How it works

From your draft to your own website.

From the first draft to the website on your own domain. The most important point first:

You pay only once you have approved the finished website.

  1. Letter with a draft

    We could not find a website of your own for your business, so we designed a draft. The letter contains a QR code that takes you to this draft.

  2. See the draft

    The draft is online for 30 days, labelled as a concept and hidden from search engines. After that we take it offline.

  3. Conversation

    If you are interested, you message us on WhatsApp or by email. We clarify what your website should show.

  4. Adaptation

    We add your texts, photos, services and colours until the website shows your business properly.

  5. Approval

    You see the finished website and approve it. No costs arise before that.

  6. Invoice

    After your approval you receive the invoice for the build and the first maintenance period, payable within 7 days.

  7. Payment

    You pay by bank transfer in euros. As soon as the payment arrives, we continue.

  8. Live

    Your website goes live on your own domain. We take care of hosting, the security certificate and the technology.

Frequently asked questions

Why did I receive a letter?

Your business is listed in public directories, but we could not find a website of its own. Where your address comes from and what rights you have is explained in the privacy notice. Privacy

What happens if I don’t reply?

Nothing. The draft goes offline after 30 days and we will not write to you again.

I don’t want any more letters from you.

A short “STOP” message on WhatsApp or by email is enough. We block your address for further letters.

Who owns the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name; we manage it as part of maintenance.

Where is MTSDlabs based?

In Bosnia and Herzegovina. We work entirely online; we have no office in Germany.

Can I order changes later?

Yes. Small changes are included in maintenance; larger ones we quote individually. Details on the pricing page. See pricing
